Ingredients

Instructions
Peel and devein shrimps.Marinate with salt and turmeric powder for 15 min.
Soak poppy seed,mustard seed,melon seed with 5 tbsp water for 30 minute.
Make a fine paste of it adding green chilis ,black pepper.
Now mix this paste with prawns.Add oil to it and mix well.
You can use a steamer to cook this or you can use pressure-cooker.
If you are using pressure cooker then use a steel box that fit inside the pressure-cooker.
Heat a cup or little more water in the cooker so that only the base of the box up to one inch is submerged.
Put the prawn mixture inside the steel box and close it’s lid.When water in pressure-cooker starts boiling ,drop the box inside the cooker and
close the lid.Cook at medium flame up to one whistle. It’s done.
Enjoy this with steam rice .
