Firstly you will be impressed by the rustic aroma of their dishes when it will be served at table, it has an unique gastronomy owing to its use of ingredients and ways of preparation.

They use very minimal spices ,fresh ingredients & most importantly they cook with so much love which results a palatable meal always. Earlier i shared Gharwai style Chicken curry soon after my trip to Lansdowne, Uttrakhand.

This dish is very easy to make ,you just need to marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hour. You can even marinate it overnight . To cook you don’t even need your brain to work. Place the marinated chicken on gas stove and grab a book or spend some time watching you favourite TV show.

In just 15 minute your dish will be ready.I have done a twist to this dish adding smoked lemon flavored butter which really makes the dish a winner at your table.

You can serve it as a starter ,i am sure your guest gonna love it ..Or make a little gravy consistency adding water to relish with roti.

Instructions
  1. Make a paste of coriander leaves ,garlic,green chili,turmeric powder and salt. Mix with the chicken pieces. Add lemon juice,curd and marinate for a minimum of 2 hour.
  2. Heat a pan ,add marinated chicken with juice into the pan.Cook at medium flame for 12 to 15 minute till chicken pieces are cooked well. Switch off the flame.
  3. Melt butter and drizzle on top. Serve hot.
