Ingredients

cups
rice flour

cup
Ripe Jack-fruit Pulp
1/4
tsp
salt

tbsps
jaggery
Powder

tbsp
fennel
Powder
2
tbsps
coconut
grated
1/2
tsp
baking soda
water
sunflower oil / Cooking oil
for frying
Instructions
Mix all except water.Keep aside an hour to ferment.
Check the consistency of batter. If you feel it’s tight, add 1 tbsp water first.Add 1 tbsp more if u need.
The consistency should not be runny or too hard ,it should be in-between.
Heat oil in a Shallow Kadhai.Drop small portion of batter in it & fry at medium flame till they are a light golden color. Serve warm or cold.
