Millet-Nutella Pudding
Ingredients
  • 1cup Ragi Flour Finger-Millet Flour/
  • 2cup Water– + 2 tbsp
  • 1/8tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp Jaggery– (Add more if u like more sweet)
  • 4tbsp Nutella
  • 1tbsp Coffeedecoction – (opt)
Instructions
  1. In a pan, boil 2 cup water. Add 2 tbsp water to the ragi powder and make a paste.Add this to boiling water.Add salt and mix well, cook for 8-10 min stirring continuously .Make sure ragi is cooked properly and then add powdered jaggery and mix well. You can see the liquid thicken a bit when it’s cooked. Switch off the flame.Cool a bit, when it’s still warm add Nutella and mix well.Add coffee decoction to it and mix.
  2. Cool and enjoy a healthy Pudding.You can add a little cinamon powder if you prefer.
