Jamrul Spicy Sip
This fruit is known with many names , wax apple ,rose apple ,jambul ,water apple or simple Jamrul in Oriya.
Here in Odisha mostly Jamruls are available which colors ranges from white to pale green.
It is used to make Jam ,sauce and also wine 🙂
I prepared this spicy drink which turned out to be a crowd-pleaser.
The addition of Green Chili brings that extra zing to you…!!

- 6 Rose apple
- Ice Crushed
- 2 tbsps Sugar syrup
- 2 chilis Green
- water Soda Sparkling / Chilled
- 2 tsps Sea Salt
- Mint leaves Fresh for garnish
- Lemon slices for garnish
Ingredients

- Take two highball glass.Put handful of crushed ice in each glass.
- Add 1 tbsp sugar syrup in each glass .Add 3 rose apple puree in each glass.
- Put 1 tsp sea salt & one slit green chili in each glass ,add chilled soda on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve immediately.
