Ingredients

Instructions
Add turmeric to water.Boil jack-fruit cubes in that until they are soft and done.
Drain the water and cool them .Grind them coarsely in a grinder with green chilis.
Add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, coriander powder,chopped fresh coriander leaves, garam masala,salt per taste and mix well.
Add gram flour for binding.Make small balls out of that (double the size of a lemon).
Flatten those balls on your palm with wet fingers.
Raw Jack-fruit
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan for frying at medium flame. Fry kebab in that until both side are done.
Serve hot with mint chutney & onion slices.
