As a child I used to dislike bitter-gourd .But Mom never allowed me to escape from having this ..In an easy way I always gulped down everything with lot of water . A happy Mom at this sight !!

Now it’s been part of my food routine. I prefer to have raw juice in morning too.Sometime i make a glass of juice adding one cucumber ,one tomato to two bitter-gourd. This particular juice helps you to control your blood pressure with diabetic . Bitter melon disrupt the production of glucose,so it’s highly beneficial for diabetic patient.

It may also starve cancerous cells in the liver, colon, breast, or prostate. It’s a liver tonic good for irritable bowel system & indigestion.This has high amount of beta-carotene that helps alleviate eye problems.

Instructions
  1. Slit each bitter one side vertically so that you can put the stuffing inside.
  2. Boil one cup water ,when it reach boiling point add bitter gourd to it .Boil for 2 minute.
  3. Take it out ,cool a bit.Take seed out of the bitter gourds.
  4. Make a fine paste of garlic , mustard seeds.
  5. Chop onion and green chili.
  6. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan.Fry onion till they are brown.Add garlic-mustard paste to it.Add chopped green chili ,salt ,turmeric and fry till it is done , you get a dry paste. Your masala is ready for stuffing.Stuff all the gourd with this paste.
  7. In the same pan heat oil. Fry stuffed gourd at medium flame until they are light brown on all side.Don't overcook it.
