  1. Mix all except water.Keep aside an hour to ferment.
  2. Check the consistency of batter. If you feel it’s tight, add 1 tbsp water first.Add 1 tbsp more if u need.
  3. The consistency should not be runny or too hard ,it should be in-between.
  4. Heat oil in a Shallow Kadhai.Drop small portion of batter in it & fry at medium flame till they are a light golden color. Serve warm or cold.
