Attainment of Happiness is always assured with good food at your table.

Today the Raja Celebration is going to end & weather is so pleasant here. The feel of Monsoon is magical connecting you to nature .I enjoy rain ,the earthy smell ..the sight of floating clouds & that breeze before it starts raining ..

And my happiness became doubled when i was accompanied by a bowl of hot jack-fruit fritters & a glass of nimbu-chai .

Mom insisted on including me, setting me to clean a ripe Jack-fruit for the very first time.

And I tap on my shoulder with a proud feeling when successfully cleaned that big fruit with her …yeah !!

The fruit which is rich in fiber & antioxidants has thorny projections outside and soft flesh inside .A good source of potassium that improves bone and skin health.

I am sharing recipe of fritters which are not too sweet. It’s a very good seasonal snack relished at any time of a day …
