The natural cycle of produce is perfectly designed to support our health. In the summer we need to stay hydrated by eating more liquid food or fruits like berries, cucumber, watermelon etc. Building a lifestyle around seasonal food facilitates the body’s natural healing process.Embracing the seasonal produces helps simplify our lives .And at the same time they are nourishing our body.
Mangoes are good for us ! When there’s abundance of mangoes in Summer ,life became so good !!
The mango is much more than a fruit in India.During this Summer vacation, one always enjoy venturing off the pulpy path of fragrant mangoes. There are tiny mangoes which are only squeezed & slurped with a little opening at the head. This used to be a regular affair at my granny place below that Mango tree.
Do you know you can make curries with fruits? Mangoes, melon ,pineapple ,berries that are curried in different parts of India. The diversity you find in India can hardly be seen in any other country . Don’t you agree ?
The addition of peanut butter makes this Mango smoothie even more creamier resulting a distinct taste. Of course healthier too.
Check other dishes that I have shared before using Mangoes.

I will not suggest honey as I find it changes the whole taste to some extent. It’s just my perception ,you can try if not agree.
I have added chia seeds that adds a nutritional punch to this Mango Smoothie.
It’s optional. You may not opt .But if you are on diet to loose weight ,these tiny seeds do amazing job.
