Ivy-gourd is rich in iron and vitamin B2 .Also it helps to lower blood sugar level in body.
This Ivy-gourd fry is my Mom’s recipe. The flavors are perfectly balanced in this. you can easily make a person to enjoy this dish who usually don’t prefer to eat it.

I attracted by people who has positive vibes, who has that ability to envelope the situation with a graceful smile & patience.
Each time i meet such person, they inspired me a lot. During my travel i get chance to explore life, people from different places .In a span of few minutes i feel so connected to these positive souls .I really love my time surrounded by those people gathering positiveness in life.
Have you ever realized when you cook your food with a happy mind it always tastes better! In fact whenever i am in a bad mood i don’t prefer at all cooking.
I take time to relax & change my mood. Because i strongly believe it’s a happy cook who puts life into the recipe..Isn’t it?
