Nature always inspire me.And i love to spend my time among the mountains ,..gazing the waves of sea or simply listening to chirping sound of tiny birds at evening hours.
How beautifully the creator has created everything on this earth canvas ,truly magical ..
The picture above i clicked during sunrise hour at Puducherry ,a French colonial settlement in India.
This is my 100th post and i am sharing recipe of Garlic Sev ,my all time favorite snack..
Sieve besan ,add rice flour to it.Add garlic, red chili powder, salt and hot oil .Add water and mix well to form a dough .It should not be so thick or watery. A little sticky kind is perfect.
Meanwhile heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai for deep frying.
Use a 5 holed round disc of your Sev maker. Grease the sev maker with oil.Fill one portion of the mixed dough in maker and press directly in hot oil in circular motion. Fry until they are golden brown color .
Once it is cooled down to room temperature it can be stored in an air-tight container up to one month.
It pairs very well with your evening tea .
