Today baked a soft Egg-less whole wheat Banana Cake .They are so perfect to hit your breakfast table with a cup of tea. If I say they are 100% whole-wheat stuff yet moist ,delicious and spongy ,you may not believe .
Initially my Mom didn’t believe me too that it’s egg-less. Later i told her that trick which makes the cake so moist.I know you all must be waiting eagerly for the Christmas ,I am too . I can even smell that festive essence filling the air.
All my blogger friends are busy baking cakes ,cookies and Christmas special Plum-Cake which is my most favorite. I have too started my preparation this week.Two days back I made some crispy coconut cookies which got over in a span of few hours.
Enjoy this cake with a guilt-free heart as i have used olive oil instead of butter. You can now count it as a healthy-breakfast ,isn’t it?
Now let me tell you the trick. Beat the over-ripe banana for 3 minute at least initially. Banana makes the cake super moist and delicious .It also sweetens the cake a bit. So I have used less sugar. If you feel to add more sugar you can add 2 tbsp extra sugar to it.
Beating the banana for 3 to 5 minute make the cake super soft.Banana makes the cake fluffy and delicious.Serve a warm piece of Egg-less Whole Wheat Banana Cake drizzled with some chocolate syrup and they will be your kid’s favorite. You can also add chocolate chips to the batter if you like.
