This is my go-to recipe which you gonna love it for sure.  I love nothing better than tarting these cluster Bean with some fresh-coconut in a hot wok with some of my favorite spices. Then it’s just a matter of stirring nicely.

While buying these greens, choose tender cluster bean.Trim both ends before boiling.

The tamarind-juice gonna give a distinct flavor to this dish.That little jaggery always balances the taste.It is to mask some of the tartness of the acid present in tamarind.

Instructions
  1. Trim both ends of cluster bean.Boil them in 2 cup water for 5 to 7 minute at medium flame.Take them out and cut into small pieces.
  2. Make a paste of dry-chili and garlic. Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onion and fry for a minute.
  3. Add chili-garlic paste, turmeric powder to it.Fry for 30 sec.Add boiled cluster beans, grated coconut, salt.Mix and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minute till they are almost done.
  4. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery. Cook for 2 minutes and it's ready to be served.serve hot as a side-dish.
