  1. Boil 2.5 cup water .Add basil,crushed pepper,dry-ginger powder.Let it boil for a minute,add coffee powder and let it boil for another 2 minute.Add jaggery powder as per your taste.
  2. You can replace jaggery with palm-sugar or honey.Strain the liquid and serve hot.
