  1. Make a paste of gima-leaves ,green chili,red-chili,garlic,mustard ,cumin.
  2. In a bowl add this paste ,mix turmeric ,salt and oil to it.
  3. Add thin sliced potato to it.
  4. Cook at slow flame for 15-20 minute.
  5. And it’s ready. Serve hot.
