One can’t stop having this pasta with melted cheese & perfectly seasoned meatballs. The butterfly pasta make it even more tempting.

Baked Meatball Farfalle

Few days back MyCookingCanvas has collaborated with SPRIG which makes its debut just when a shrinking world expands people’s appetite for global cuisine. It is a brand that scours the world to get the finest gourmet ingredients into kitchens of people who pride themselves in preparing good food. They sent me a box of their Gourmet Spice Blends. These spice will make your life easy .You can add to your marination or just sprinkle to your cold-salad or add to your favorite dip ,they are so versatile to be used in different way !!

I have shared two recipes  Chicken Burger   and Prawn-Mango Salad using Sprig Tangier and Sprig Syracuse .

Today dish is the third one in the series using Malacca spice blend. This spice blend is a symphony of fragrant herbs and robust spices, inspired by the orient. It captures the rustic richness of South East Asian curries, with a twist. Flavorful chilies make for a delightful fusion.

This Baked Meatball Farfalle is also perfect for your dinner .You can prepare the meat-ball a day ahead and store them in fridge. In fact this kind of dish will surely impress your guests at home. If you are not a meat lover ,try them with corn-cheese ball or chicken-ball.

Some like to have cold-pasta too. Have you ever tried ? I would love to hear if you have something interesting to share about Pasta. some Pasta Story..

Oh ! I almost forgot ,I am doing a contest at Facebook & Instagram for Mother’s Day .It’s all about creating your Mom’s favorite dish using Millets. Check the links .
