Baked Meatball Farfalle is such a dish to impress your loved one. You will surely give it a place at the center of your Sunday brunch table. One can’t stop having this pasta with melted cheese & perfectly seasoned meatballs. The butterfly pasta make it even more tempting.

- 1 cup minced meat keema
- 2 cup cooked Farfalle
- 6 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Sprig Malacca spice
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce

- In a bowl mix minced meat ,minced garlic,salt and finely chopped coriander .Add 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca spice to it. Marinate this for 30 minute in freeze.
- Pre-heat Oven at 180 C for 10 minute.
- Shape the mixture into small lemon sized ball. Dip the ball in egg white and take them out . In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry them for 5 to 7 minute till they are done.
- In a baking tin (6'' or 7'') ,layer cooked Farfalle ,Marinara Sauce, 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca spice and meat-balls .Topped with shredded cheese.Bake for 12 to 15 minute.It's done.
