My week started on a delightful note with a Sunday Brunch at Hoot. An open breezy place with a view of a trendy pool-side bar was just perfect, to begin with.

It’s said ‘A Sunday well-spent brings a week of content’

Last Sunday they launched the New-Menu curated by chef Swantatra Verma.

Starting from sizzling Chicken Pot-sticker to freshly-made gourmet pastries, everything was tempting enough to tantalize the taste-buds.

Being a beer-lover how could I have missed their Hyde Park Wheat, a Belgian-style wheat beer with spicy coriander and orange notes. So started my brunch with a glass of chilled beer with Nawabi Mutton Seekh.

There was an open interactive cooking space where chef Manoj was cooking live. He prepared stuffed chicken breast served with lyonnaise potato & cream fren’ce sauce. That was truly delicious.

Good food is good Mood. When good food is accompanied by cocktails then Best Mood..well I believe so! Cocktails from the poolside trendy bar were gorgeous enough to seduce me.I started relishing all those starters straight from the kitchen in between sangria & Mojitos.

They have a beautiful outdoor spacious set-up with nice decor. Sunlight was filtering on us creating a welcoming environment. And there was soothing Music in the background. A Place to Loosen Yourself Up .

‘Hoot Fantasia’, that was the name of that thin-crust Vegetarian Pizza. It was served on the table with proper wood-fired kilns with a buzzy vibe.

There was Rajsthani Khasta Kachori stuffed with Moong dal which was served with Imli chutney.Dahi ke kebab was one of the best things to try.I couldn’t resist myself asking for the second serving.

While they serving an array of starters and snacks, I was anxiously waiting for the Desserts.I was so full for the main course. Still, I tried healthy Beetroot Risotto. Arbo-rio Risotto with roasted beetroot puree served with Parmesan & garlic bread.

Soon after that, I started tasting those scrumptious desserts. I can’t miss talking about Turkish Nutty Baklava, my favorite among them. The chef nailed it.It was honey which got the right amount of sweetness in that. Not a piece or two, I indulged all five pieces that you can see in the pic below! One shouldn’t miss this ever!

There was Green-Tea Tiramisu , Floating Island  and Tres-Leches.Tres-Leches, the soft hearted Americano was again a winner!

Hoot is a culinary destination to be reckoned with, there’s little to complain about.Smoking on a nice refreshing hookah is another thing to try here.

If you looking for a place to enjoy a Sunny Sunday Brunch or a discerning diner or a place to hang-out with friends, then Hoot is the end of your search.
